Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds at this time, but we do offer exchanges within a seven-day period from the date of purchase. In order to be eligible for an exchange, we require a receipt for the item and the item must be in its original condition. We understand that this policy may be disappointing for some, but we believe it to be a fair and reasonable solution that allows us to maintain our commitment to providing high-quality products and exceptional customer service.
